Digital collage and 2D animation project inspired by Roman and Greek mythology, depicting the image of a powerful goddess – Artemis or Diana – the goddess of the hunt, wilderness, chastity, and moon. 

My aim was to create a contemporary portrait of Artemis – The goddess of the hunt, which reflects her attributes and uniqueness, by mixing vintage and modern visual elements. The parrot adds to the composition a touch of the tropical atmosphere. The portrait of Artemis expresses energy, power, elegance, courage, and confidence. I dedicate my visual to women, who may easily identify with any legendary goddess.

The visual was created in Adobe Photoshop and animated in Adobe After Effects by using six stock photos, imagination, and patience. I kindly invite you to watch the loop animation dedicated to Artemis in the video below!
