Your purchase of one of our digital goods and services constitutes our granting to you of a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to an image or vector format for your own storage, retention, and reference (the purpose). You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share, or otherwise distribute any of our goods and services, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of our goods and services in a way that might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation. Loredana Codau and TECHUB.EU S.R.L. retains the right to share the custom goods and services on their social media channels and portfolio to showcase their work.

The shop works exclusively based on online orders and the buyer can place orders for goods and services sold at a time on the website. By completing the order and making the payment, the buyer agrees that all data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete, and true at the time of placing the order, named in this document and the order issued.

By completing the order, the buyer agrees that Loredana Codau and TECHUB.EU S.R.L. have the right to contact him by email for the personal confirmation of the order after the payment is confirmed (check spam also). If you opted for bank transfer payment, you will receive the confirmation email as soon as you confirm the order. Loredana Codau and TECHUB.EU S.R.L. will automatically cancel the order placed by the buyer, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other party in the following cases: non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Client’s card, of the transaction; invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by Loredana Codau and TECHUB.EU S.R.L.; the buyer‘s activity on the site may and/or cause damages of any kind on the part of Loredana Codau and TECHUB.EU S.R.L.; for other objective reasons. Buyers agree that Loredana Codau and TECHUB.EU S.R.L. cannot be forced to deliver an order that has not been confirmed in the above conditions. A placed order cannot be modified. This agreement enters into force upon electronically (email) confirmation of the order by the seller and the general terms and conditions of sale will be the basis of the contract thus concluded.

1. Select the digital goods and services (products) you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart by clicking Add to order button. Here you can change the quantity, remove any product you want from the cart and you will be able to see the price for your order;

2. Click on the Checkout button to complete the order. Here fill in correctly your billing dates. If you are logged in, the system automatically retrieves your data and fills in the fields required to launch the order. If you are registered in the system but are not logged in, you can log in directly from the shopping cart, and the order fields are filled in automatically. If you do not have an account, at the first order launched, you can choose the system to create it for you automatically – thus, at the next order your data is taken over automatically, so there is no need to fill in the order form again.

3. Fill in the exact text you want to be included in the invitation: greeting (optional), invitation, name of the child, names of the godfathers (optional), date, hour, and location for the party, deadline confirmation of participation, and contact info. (optional);

4. Fill in the exact text you want to be included in the Menu and Open bar;

5. Fill in the exact size and colour of your Guest Names and Gift Envelopes. Specify if you want to use the background colour of the envelope or the background colour of the other created deliverables;

6. Add important notes if you have any, for example regarding the colours, decorative elements, deliverables sizes, and deadline;

7. Place the order and make the payment;

8. Wait for my confirmation email which will include also the instructions to create the guest list Excel document (CSV file) necessary for the Guest Name and Gift Envelopes, and the Guest Seating Board (Chart);

9. Send me the guest list Excel document (CSV file) by email;

10. Have a bit of patience! The full creation process takes from two to three weeks since I’ll send you my confirmation email, but if you have a specific date by which you would like it ready, let me know in the notes and I will do my best if possible.

11. You receive your unique digital baptism pack by email via WeTransfer! As simple as that!

Because of the small commission prices, we will not be reviewing sketches during the creation process.

5. Fill in the exact text information you want to be included in the invitation: greeting (title), occasion, name, age, date, hour, location etc.

6. Add important notes if you have any, for example regarding the colours or deadline;

7. Place the order and make the payment as explained above;

8. Wait for my confirmation email;

9. Have a bit of patience! The full creation process takes from one to two weeks since I’ll send you my confirmation email, but if you have a specific date by which you would like it ready, let me know in the notes and I will do my best.

10. You receive your unique digital order by email in less than 15 days!

Because of the small commission prices, we will not be reviewing sketches or previews during the creation process.

1. Choose your number of characters to be manipulated in the composition;

2. Place the order and make the payment as explained above;

3. Wait for my confirmation email;

4. Send me an email with your order number in the subject and one or more high-quality (300DPI would be perfect), clear, not blurred, no dark or pixelated photo/photos of a person or a group looking at the camera or with head turned ¾ angle. Also, let me know if you have a specific idea for the location (background) and if you desire a specific colour palette. If not, I will be more than happy to help you!;

5. Have a bit of patience! The full creation process takes from one to two weeks since I receive the photo/photos and indications from you (but if you have a specific date by which you would like it ready, let me know in the email and I will do my best).

6. You receive your unique order by email in less than 15 days!

The prices are displayed on loredanacodau.com and on the order, tax included, and Loredana Codau and TECHUB.EU S.R.L. reserve the right to alter any of them occasionally.

Payment methods: card payment and bank transfer powered by PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort Banking, Debit or Credit card, and other payment methods where applicable by country. Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

The seller will issue to the buyer an invoice for the delivered goods and services, the obligation of the buyer being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force. Our base currency is EURO.

If you buy a Template, the product will be delivered to you by email right after completing the payment through either PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort Banking, debit or credit card – MasterCard and Visa cards and other payment methods where applicable by country – via a downloadable link for a limited number of downloads (1) and within a 7 days time period starting from the time of purchase completion. No physical item will be shipped.

If you buy a custom service, the digital file/files will be sent to you by email between 1 – 3 weeks from the moment your order has been confirmed by Loredana Codau and TECHUB.EU S.R.L. (after the online payment through either PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort Banking, debit or credit card – MasterCard and Visa cards and other payment methods where applicable by country – is confirmed), and you sent us the necessary photo/photos and info on email. No physical item will be shipped.

Once a downloadable good (template) or a custom service has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation, refund, or return exists due to the electronic nature and the custom aspect of our products. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back.
