The parties to the contract will be considered independent contractors and neither party will be granted the right or authority to assume or create any obligation on behalf of or to the detriment of the other. The terms and conditions of this document supersede any other prior written or oral agreements between the said Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and may be amended or changed only by written agreement signed by both parties.
