To help you ease the planning stress, my Custom Illustrated Digital Pack for Baptism Party includes:

1. Custom illustrated Invitation – The layout includes 1 illustrated character inspired by the chosen theme, an illustrated element inspired by the theme, small decorative elements, script typography for the event and names, and font pairing. Size A4 (21 × 29.7 cm / 8.27 x 11.69 in), 300 DPI, CMYK color profile. PDF, PNG, and JPEG deliverables.
2. Half-fold Menu and Open Bar – The layout will include illustrations, decorative elements, and fonts used in the Invitation. Size A4 (29.7 x 21 cm / 11.69 x 8.27 in), 300 DPI, CMYK color profile. PDF, PNG, and JPEG deliverables.
3. Guest Name and Gift Envelopes – The layout will include illustrations and decorative elements plus the script font used in the Invitation. Fill in the exact size of the envelope below (approx. 21 x 9.4 cm / 8.27 x 3.7 in). 300 DPI, CMYK color profile. PDF, PNG, and JPEG deliverables.
4. Guest Seating Board (Chart) in alphabetical order – The layout will include some decorative elements and the fonts used in the Invitation. Size 70 x 50 cm / 27.55 x 19.68 in, 300 DPI, CMYK color profile. PDF, PNG, and JPEG deliverables.

The photos suggest how you may use this digital pack in real life. This product consists of PDF, PNG, and JPEG digital files as written above which you will receive via WeTranfer at your e-mail address. No physical item will be shipped. The illustrations will be created in my own style (check Custom Illustrated Digital Invitations for Baby Shower, Baptism, and Birthday Party and Digital lllustrations), with colours inspired by the chosen theme and decorations for the baptism party!

All you must do is:

1. Choose the gender of your child;
2. Fill in the theme for the baptism party;
3. Fill in the exact text you want to be included in the invitation: greeting (optional), invitation, name of the child, names of the godfathers (optional), date, hour, and location for the party, deadline confirmation of participation, and contact info. (optional);
4. Fill in the exact text you want to be included in the Menu and Open bar;
5. Fill in the exact size and colour of your Guest Names and Gift Envelopes. Specify if you want to use the background colour of the envelope or the background colour of the other created deliverables;
6. Add important notes if you have any, for example regarding the colours, decorative elements, deliverables sizes, and deadline;
7. Place the order and make the payment;
8. Wait for my confirmation email which will include also the instructions to create the guest list Excel document (CSV) necessary for the Guest Name and Gift Envelopes, and the Guest Seating Board (Chart);
9. Send me the guest list Excel document (CSV) by email;
10. Have a bit of patience! The full creation process takes from two to three weeks since I’ll send you my confirmation email, but if you have a specific date by which you would like it ready, let me know in the notes and I will do my best.
11. You receive your unique digital baptism pack by email via WeTransfer! As simple as that!

Because of the small commission prices, we will not review sketches during the process. As soon as I have your approval for the invitation I will design the other deliverables. Since all the deliverables are unique and custom-created just for you, the order and payment are non-refundable. This commission is for personal use only, meaning you can’t use the deliverables included for commercial purposes. I retain the copyright; you can use the photos on social media only by tagging and mentioning me as the artist.
